Our Story: A Butcher’s Tradition

Hackenmueller Meats has proudly served the Robbinsdale community since 1891 (before it was known as Hackenmueller meats), offering premium meats crafted with skills passed down through generations. Former owner Gordy Lindenfelser was dedicated to quality and customer service. We are looking to carry on his honor and provide the same exceptional service you expect from your local meat shop. We’ve been on the forgiving end of a sharp knife for generations, so we’ll cut right to the chase: we are THE best butcher shop for the Twin Cities area.
